Registration Procedure

Rules

1. Please use one particular email address for registration and all other communication with us.
2. Registration form is limited.
3. The registration fee is nonrefundable.
4. Your program registration includes opening session, panel session, lunch, closing session& Ys Gala.
5. Every registered participant will receive a certificate from the Program secretariat.

Registration Charge:

International Participants-
Students-100$ (All students will be required to present a valid student ID)
Corporate-200$ (1$=82 Bangladeshi taka).

Local Participants-
Students- BDT 500/- (All students will be required to present a valid student ID)
Teachers: -BDT 1000/-
Corporate- BDT 2000/-

Procedure for Local participants:
1.  Once you register for the event online, you have to pay the registration fee within 72 hours.
2.  You can pay through, bKash, or directly at SBYC registration Cash booth at DIU.
3.  Your registration is not complete until payment is received.
4. Every registered student can participate any competitions for free. Others person can participate the competition with Taka 100 for individual and Taka 200 for groups.
5. If you pay by bKash. Please make sure that you have taken your copy (customer copy) from agent and preserve it for future reference.

6. A confirmation email/SMS will be received from the program team as soon as we receive your payment. Please contact us if you do not receive an email/SMS from us within 72 hours of payment.
7. Please get a print copy of your confirmed registration.

Procedure for International participants:
1.  The international participants has to pay on spot in local currency or US dollars at Venue (1 US Dollar=82 Bangladeshi taka). But they should have a registration confirmation. (A confirmation will be sent by email).
2. All interested foreign participants are requested to download registration form from the menu SBYC-2013-> Registration-> International . Fill the form and send it to mir@daffodilvarsity.edu.bd.    
3. Foreign competitors who are not registered have no charge to take part in competitions.
